<ul>
<li>6 mild Italian sausages, casings removed, crumbled &amp; browned</li>

<li>&#8220;Shells&#8221; pasta</li>
<li>1 each, red &amp; green bell pepper, chopped</li>
<li>1 small onion, chopped</li>
<li>2 cloves garlic, minced</li>
</ul>
<p><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#000080;">Instructions</span></span></em>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Crumble sausage into a skillet and brown; drain fat.</li>
<li>Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain.</li>
<li>Fry peppers until mostly soft, then add onions &amp; garlic, and continue frying until onions are translucent.</li>
<li>Mix together the sausage, pasta, and veggie-mixture, and marinara sauce in a large bowl. Serve warm.</li>
</ol>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Optional:</span> <em>You can shred some Mozzarella cheese and mix it into the whole thing, or just top the casserole with it.</em></p>

<li>2 cups quick-cooking Oats</li>
<li>1/2 cup margarine</li>
<li>1/2 cup packed brown sugar</li>
<li>1/2 cup honey</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips</li>
<li>1/4 cup peanut-butter</li>
</ul>
<p><em><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#000080;">Instructions</span></span></em>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Combine <span style="text-decoration:underline;">first 4 ingredients</span>, and microwave for 4-5 minutes, or until bubbly. Stir twice while cooking. Spread in a lightly-greased 8&#215;8&#8243; baking dish; cool completely.</li>
<li><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Topping</span>: Combine chipits and peanut butter, and microwave for 1.5 &#8211; 2 minutes. Stir, and spread over the top of the cooled base (<em>see above</em>). Cool.</li>
<li>Cut into 16 two-inch squares &amp; serve.</li>
